Refund & Returns Policy

At Ember and Fold, each piece is crafted and curated with care. We want you to feel at ease when shopping with us and to be completely delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our team will do everything we can to make it right.

Returns

  • Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Damaged or used items cannot be returned, unless the damage occurred during transit.

  • Burned or partially used candles are non-returnable.

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, health and personal care items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

  • Handmade or personalized pieces may be final sale unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an error was made on our part or the item was damaged in transit.

Exchanges

  • If you’d prefer another size, color, or product, we’d be happy to arrange an exchange.

  • Exchanges are processed once your original item has been returned and verified.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Our team will ensure a swift replacement or provide a full refund.

Beginning a Return

  1. Contact us at Info@emberandfold.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

  3. Please return your item within 14 days of receiving the return label.
