Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after they are placed. During high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Ember & Fold currently ships within the United States, with plans to expand internationally in the future.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Local Delivery & Pickup

At this time, Ember & Fold does not offer local delivery or in-person pickup.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Ember & Fold is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us at info@emberandfold.com, and we’ll be happy to help file a claim or find a resolution.

Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items

If an item is listed as pre-order or made-to-order, additional time may be required for production before shipping. Estimated shipping dates will be noted on the product page.

Changes or Cancellations

Please reach out to info@emberandfold.com within 24 hours of placing your order for any changes or cancellations. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make modifications.
